If you're a fan of PLL (Pretty Little Liars), you would know that the final episode of Season 6 was shown last night. Unfortunately, being in England, I had to wait a while before watching it. I did plan to stay up and watch it initially, but I was so tired last night! I watched it first thing in the morning instead since I couldn't wait any longer! There was so much build up to this episode - the true identity of 'A' / 'Charles' is basically what the whole show is about.
I thought that I'd share my thoughts while watching this episode, accompanied by GIFs.
*Spoiler alert* Look away now if you haven't seen this episode!!!
1. *scrolling through Facebook after waking up* Sees that people have already revealed who Charles is
2. *turns Netflix on and waits for the episode to load*
3. Netflix isn't working. No, no, NOOOOO!!!
Of course throwing my laptop across the room would mean not being able to watch it at all! Probably not the best idea!
4. *turns off computer and restarts Netflix* YES IT'S WORKING. THANK GOD!!!
5. *When the girls go into some weird futuristic room* What is this place?!
6. Hannah says "did we just walk inside A's brain?"
7. When Charles is about to turn around
I already knew who it was (THANKS FACEBOOK -.-) but it was still an intense moment! And I was kinda hoping that it was actually someone else!!
8. Finding out that CeCe really is Charles & A
and
I mean, it makes total sense. CeCe looks a bit like Ali, and she knows so much about Aria, Emily, Hannah and Spencer...Plus CeCe's surname is Drake, meaning she has the same initials as Charles DiLaurentis. But all the timings don't really add up, so it just annoys me a bit! And it's so messed up that CeCe was flirting with Jason, HER OWN BROTHER!
9. Finding out Sara is Red Coat AND Black Widow
Like, WHY?! I was really hoping it would be Melissa, or Jenna.
10. When Emily hits Sara
That was brilliant!
11. CeCe is about to jump off the roof
A may be horrible, but the flashbacks in this episode really made me feel sorry for her.
12. The time jump and realising someone else might be after Ali

Overall, I thought the final of Season 6 was really good. It was so emotional and I could feel my heart racing at times! But what happened to the mums?! And who really killed Mrs DiLaurentis? What did you think of the last episode of PLL? Were you disappointed when A and Red Coat were revealed? Do you think that CeCe and Sara are actually working for someone else and that's who is after Ali in the time jump? Could that also be the person who killed Mrs D?! I'd love to hear your thoughts!

I also found out who A was before I watched it because I made the mistake of going on instagram when I woke up and the PLL account posted it. It was still an amazing episode anyhow - Emily slapping Sara made my day! And I can't believe we now have to wait until January for more, I already can't wait! (also yes, did the mum's get out? haha).

I went on Facebook first thing and I didn't even want to go on the PLL page but it just appeared on my newsfeed! -_- January is so far away, I want to see what happens in the time jump now!
DeleteI feel so sorry for Emily, she is USELESS at picking women. It's definitely good to see her fighting back, bless her. I just want to give her a hug.

DeleteOh, wow. I watched about 4-5 seasons and then stopped because I thought they were dragging things out way too much. But I might need to watch this episode just to get all these reveals. Thanks for the update :)

DeleteThe A reveal drove me crazy too, I was expecting it to be anybody even one of the girls (I know crazy), but I would never ever think of Cece. Even though it got me by surprise, I really enjoyed it, the transgender story was kind of crazy, but it was very creative I have to admit, and in the end it fit all together. But there are still a lot of questions to be answers, so I am very excited for the show to come back.

It was such a frustrating episode, with so many unanswered questions. There were times when I did think Cece was A, but she hadn't been in recent episodes so I thought it would be someone else, even Ezra (that would've been even more disappointing!). The show is coming back in January I think, so far away!
